Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans, conduct testing on software and IT systems, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Perform and lead testing activities, documenting and communicating results while resolving issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and improve testing processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans, as well as knowledge of test automation tools
