Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans, manage complex software testing projects, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts for software and IT systems, documenting and communicating test results effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and resolve issues while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with both manual and automated testing, including Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools
