Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Software Test Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing and executing test plans, conducting software tests, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across IT systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts and document results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Create and maintain test metrics and reporting, while continuously improving testing processes and methodologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools
