Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to work remotely, this position focuses on developing and executing test plans, conducting software tests, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for complex software projects, requiring strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts and document results while collaborating with project stakeholders to resolve issues
• Create daily test metrics and reports, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools
