Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced in software testing, the full-time Senior Software Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring that information systems meet organizational standards, while working remotely and requiring a Public Trust security clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures for software and IT systems
• Lead testing efforts and document results, providing analysis and resolution support for any identified issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on testing objectives and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, as well as experience with CI/CD tools
