Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring software quality and compliance with organizational standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures for software and IT systems
• Perform verification activities and lead testing efforts, documenting and communicating test results effectively
• Support analysis of test results, resolve complex issues, and contribute to process improvements and project completion

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing, with knowledge of testing frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
