Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer who will develop and execute test plans, conduct software testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a remote environment while possessing strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to validate software functionality and performance
• Lead testing activities, document results, and communicate findings to stakeholders while supporting issue resolution
• Apply technical principles to devise improvements and ensure adherence to organizational standards in software testing

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies, including experience with CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, as well as defect tracking and management systems
