Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute test plans, conduct tests on IT systems, and ensure high-quality deliverables while requiring strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing activities and document results, ensuring proper operation and defect-free software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and resolve issues effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
