Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced in software testing, the full-time Senior Software Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans and cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables for IT systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Perform and lead testing activities, documenting results and supporting issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
