Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a remote environment, while leveraging strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures to validate software and IT systems
• Lead testing efforts, document results, and support the resolution of identified issues while communicating progress to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables throughout the testing lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD processes
