Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced in software testing, the full-time Senior Software Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans, conduct testing on software and IT systems, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure systems meet standards and user requirements
• Lead testing efforts and document results while collaborating with project stakeholders to resolve issues
• Create daily test metrics and reports, and contribute to process improvements and technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, including experience with test automation frameworks
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
