Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring software quality and compliance with organizational standards while leveraging strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures for software and IT systems
• Lead testing efforts, document results, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
• Provide technical solutions to complex testing challenges and continuously improve testing processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
