Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases, ensuring software quality and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts and document results, providing technical solutions to complex problems
• Support Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium and JUnit
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
