Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Software Test Engineer, the full-time remote position will develop and execute test plans, manage testing processes, and ensure high-quality software deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to validate software systems against organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts, document results, and communicate findings to stakeholders for effective issue resolution
• Utilize strong programming skills to create automated tests and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
