Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans, conduct testing of IT systems, and document results in a 100% remote environment, requiring strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational standards
• Lead testing efforts, including manual and automated testing, and support analysis of test results to resolve issues
• Document and communicate test results, providing technical solutions to complex problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
