Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and procedures in a remote environment, ensuring that software and IT systems meet organizational standards and user requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance
• Lead testing activities and document results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Utilize automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and maintain high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies, including Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools
