Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute test plans, conduct software testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
• Perform and lead testing activities for software and IT systems, ensuring defect-free operation
• Document and communicate test results, support analysis of outcomes, and resolve open issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with both manual and automated testing, including Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
