Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute test plans, ensure software quality through testing, and support the analysis of test results while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to ensure software quality
• Lead testing efforts for software and IT systems, documenting results and resolving issues as they arise
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to review test cases and provide technical solutions to complex problems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with both manual and automated testing, including familiarity with test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
