Senior Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring software quality and performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure software meets organizational standards
• Lead testing activities for software and IT systems, documenting results and resolving complex issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate test results and provide technical solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with both manual and automated testing, including familiarity with test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
