Senior Solana Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the technical landscape of an innovative Web3 organization, the full-time remote Senior Solana Engineer will architect and develop high-performance Solana programs in Rust, focusing on maintaining and extending core issuance infrastructure with Token-2022 extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop high-performance Solana programs in Rust utilizing Anchor and/or native frameworks
• Maintain and extend the existing issuance infrastructure, leveraging Token-2022 extensions
• Optimize smart contracts for efficient compute unit usage, account sizing, and transaction packing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience writing production-grade code in Rust
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining complex Solana programs in a production environment
• Deep working knowledge of the Solana account model and related transaction mechanics
• Strong familiarity with the SPL Token program, Token-2022, and Associated Token Accounts
