Senior Solar Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Residential Solar business, the full-time Senior Solar Operations Specialist will manage customer billing, provide support through various communication channels, and facilitate operational issues while collaborating with internal teams and partners remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage operations within proprietary technology platforms, ensuring smooth collaboration with sales and installation partners
• Partner with shared service groups to sustain business operations and achieve strategic objectives
• Support internal customer service teams by addressing escalated customer inquiries and completing process improvement projects

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in TPO solar-related customer resolution preferred
• College degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or a related field is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement new processes as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
