Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and define project scope and requirements
Develops functional and technical specifications to support business and technology transformation projects
Creates and supports proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience with Business Case Development / Business Modeling
A minimum of 8 years of experience with HR / Recruiting experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience with Project Management / Program Management in a client-facing capacity
Proficiency in Value Architecture & Realization is a plus
Previous Solution Architecture experience is a plus
