Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, and enterprise systems
• 5+ years of experience with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing architecture or technical teams
• Strong functional and technical knowledge in partner relationship management and related processes
