Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

Supporting valued accounts across North America, the full-time Senior Solution Architect will serve as a technical expert for the OutSystems platform, translating customer business goals into effective solutions while navigating complex technical environments remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert and evangelist for the OutSystems platform in complex customer environments
• Translate customer business goals into solutions that meet desired outcomes and conduct technical discovery to identify impactful opportunities
• Deliver strategic presentations and workshops for enterprise customers while partnering with the solution delivery team on proof of concept delivery

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• 4+ years of experience leading technical strategy for enterprise-level projects
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong business acumen with compelling presentation skills
• Knowledge of agentic systems, web/mobile app development, and business modeling
