Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

Combining technical expertise and creative problem-solving, the full-time remote Senior Solution Architect will lead the design and architecture of client implementations, ensuring effective and scalable solutions while managing client interactions and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of customer implementations, ensuring solutions meet enterprise-level needs
• Capture, analyze, and document client requirements, developing comprehensive design documents and implementation plans
• Manage client interactions and provide mentorship to junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 4-8 years of experience as a Solution Architect in Legal Tech/CLM, with at least 1 year of experience with Agiloft preferred
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in SaaS technologies and database concepts
• Proven ability to manage timelines and client expectations in complex projects
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
