Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Solution Architect will discover customer requirements, validate solution fit, and drive customer onboarding and growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose technical and business pain points and engage stakeholders to confirm desired outcomes
• Lead workshops and trials to validate solution fit and guide customer teams in integrating solutions
• Support customer engagement through business review meetings and identify opportunities for upselling

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a technical role with Enterprise customers, such as Solution Architect or Sales Engineer
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience with Cloud Data Platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
• In-depth understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies, including APIs and SQL
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
