Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a deeply curious and highly strategic Senior Solution Architect to work full-time, remotely, leading technical pre-sales cycles and architecting comprehensive Google Workspace solutions for enterprise clients while acting as a trusted advisor and business consultant.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the technical pre-sales cycle for new enterprise customers, ensuring alignment between client objectives and proposed solutions
• Architect comprehensive Google Workspace solutions tailored to complex environments, addressing security, identity, and compliance requirements
• Act as an outspoken advocate for capabilities, delivering training and participating in thought leadership initiatives to drive account expansion

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Senior Pre-Sales Technical role, preferably with Google Workspace or similar cloud productivity tools
• Proven ability to apply a business consulting approach to technical engagements, with experience in structuring Mutual Evaluation Plans (MEPs)
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystem funding mechanisms and their integration into commercial proposals
• Deep knowledge of change management and user adoption frameworks for IT deployments
• Insatiable curiosity and a passion for learning about modern work trends and business operations
