Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

Providing overall project oversight on technical and architectural designs, the full-time Senior Solution Architect will leverage extensive experience with the Reltio platform to manage complex customer engagements, develop best practices, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical and architectural designs for multiple customer projects, ensuring alignment with MDM principles and integration approaches
• Act as the primary representative for customers, managing expectations and building trusted relationships while communicating effectively with executive-level audiences
• Contribute to the development of best practices and support the delivery of complex technology solutions within a professional services environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field
• Eight years of experience in technology or professional services delivering moderate to complex technology solutions
• Demonstrated experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles and enterprise-level project delivery
• Proficiency in Object Oriented software application design and development using Java
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud delivery and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously
