Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of client solutions, the full-time Senior Solution Architect will provide technical oversight, manage complex changes, and support new business opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with client and company business strategies
• Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert, providing direction to other Solution Architects and coordinating technical aspects of projects
• Engage in client communications, anticipate challenges, and recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction and solution integrity

Required qualifications

• Experience with ASC, MDE, UDL, and Oracle; Snowflake experience is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years in technical roles, with at least 3 years in architect positions
• Proven experience in database marketing, direct marketing, or interactive marketing environments
• Experience in client-facing roles and change management procedures
• Prior experience with Acxiom is preferred
