Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Solution Architect, the candidate will leverage technical expertise to drive growth by crafting customized solutions, developing proof-of-concepts, and leading cross-functional projects, all while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and presales engineering teams to support strategic initiatives and provide technical solutions
• Conduct workshops with customers to identify issues and propose tailored solutions for future enhancements
• Develop comprehensive materials to enhance the efficiency of the presales team and establish subject matter expertise

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pre-sales customer-facing technical roles, with a focus on large enterprises
• Proven track record in delivering impactful solutions and conducting successful proof-of-concepts
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ITSMs, ERPs, HCMs, and CRMs
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript, and familiarity with REST APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
