Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Solution Architect will engage with customers to support account executives in pre-sales activities, recommending business and technical solutions while creating statements of work and leading discovery sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Creating architectural designs and conducting infrastructure/connectivity analysis
• Leading workshops and managing discovery and design sessions with enterprise clients
• Developing tailored solution architectures and responding to RFPs and technical questionnaires

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7 - 9 years of experience in a solution architect or pre-sales engineer role
• Proven experience designing and presenting complex technical solutions to enterprise-level customers
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
