Senior Solution Architect, EUC

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Architect, End User Computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan the enterprise End User Computing environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated or enterprise-level EUC issues
• Determine the optimum deployment strategy for the EUC environment

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as an EUC Engineer or Architect
• Hands-on experience with end-user hardware and affiliated drivers
• Strong understanding of SCCM, InTune/Autopilot, and VDI systems
• Expertise in endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS) and M365 tools
• Experience in monitoring compliance and administering SCCM and InTune/AutoPilot platforms
