Senior Solution Architect - Healthcare

Job Summary

As a remote Senior Solution Architect - Healthcare & Life Sciences, the candidate will design innovative CXA and CCaaS solutions tailored for healthcare clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives while providing mentorship to junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand business requirements and architect tailored solutions for healthcare clients
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create accurate Statements of Work that encompass all project requirements and deliverables
• Translate complex client needs, including EHR integrations, to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product offerings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in Professional Services or IT/Software Development, focusing on AI or automation in a SaaS environment
• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in a pre-sales capacity
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems integration
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and HITECH
