Senior Solution Architect - Healthcare

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Solution Architect - Healthcare & Life Sciences will design innovative CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives while providing mentorship to junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand high-value healthcare use cases and client needs
• Architect tailored solutions and provide best practice recommendations during client engagements
• Create comprehensive Statements of Work that outline project requirements, deliverables, and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in Professional Services or IT/Software Development, focusing on AI or automation in a SaaS environment
• 3+ years in solution architecture, preferably in a pre-sales capacity
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems integration
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and HITECH
