Senior Solution Architect, ServiceNow

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, the full-time Senior Solution Architect, ServiceNow will provide subject matter expertise, translate business objectives into technical solutions, and mentor technical teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Guide and mentor technical teams throughout the IRM implementation lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM focused on GRC processes
• 10+ years of professional experience in risk management or GRC
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow IRM suite and risk management frameworks
• Proven track record in architecting and delivering ServiceNow IRM implementations for large enterprises
