Senior Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant in the Western US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical solution development and engage in conceptual thinking to address advanced issues
• Collaborate with clients to develop and articulate technical solutions for various audiences
• Provide mentorship and informal leadership to junior Solution Consultants and participate in the sales lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering within the ServiceNow platform industry
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform is required
• A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• ServiceNow sales and/or presales certifications are preferred
• Expert-level knowledge of pre-sales and technical solution development
