Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to work closely with the sales team and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants
• Handle challenging customer situations and demonstrate product functionality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of Cornerstone or Saba Cloud
• Minimum of 3 years pre-sales experience in a software company focused on HCM and SaaS
• Strong relationship-building expertise and proven ability to translate product functionality into client value
• Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
