Senior Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to work closely with the Sales Team to attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants
• Handle challenging customer situations and demonstrate product functionality
• Assist in aligning client needs with business objectives and communicate effectively with project teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Cornerstone or Saba Cloud
• Minimum of 3 years pre-sales experience in a software company focused on HCM and SaaS
• Strong relationship-building expertise and proven experience translating product functionality into client value
• Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team
