Senior Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant who collaborates with sales teams to advise on ServiceNow solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical solution development and engage in conceptual thinking to address advanced issues
• Collaborate with clients to articulate technical solutions and participate in the sales lifecycle to acquire new customers
• Provide mentorship to Solution Consultants and lead demonstrations of products tailored to prospects and existing customers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering experience in the ServiceNow platform industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer discovery and develop technical solutions
• Expert-level knowledge of pre-sales and technical solution development
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform required
• A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
