Senior Solution Consultant

Job Summary

As a part of the Professional Services organization, the remote Senior Solution Consultant will lead the implementation of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare and life sciences clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions, leveraging industry knowledge and product expertise
• Serve as the primary technical resource for clients, focusing on the design and deployment of integrations with major EHR/EMR systems, particularly Epic
• Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, with a focus on AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth is a plus
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and HITECH
