Job Summary

As a Senior Solution Consultant in Germany, this full-time remote position will lead strategic customer engagements focused on optimizing payment and fraud strategies for enterprise merchants, translating complex challenges into actionable solutions powered by ACI's offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements throughout the sales lifecycle, emphasizing fraud, risk, and payment optimization strategies
• Translate merchant challenges into data-driven value propositions and solution strategies, defining business outcomes like fraud reduction and improved customer experience
• Conduct consultative workshops to identify pain points and design comprehensive solutions that integrate payments, fraud detection, and data intelligence

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in fraud and risk management, payment intelligence, or merchant payments
• Proven track record in a consultative, customer-facing role such as Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales
• Strong understanding of fraud prevention strategies and payment performance drivers
• Familiarity with payment orchestration platforms is a plus
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and outcomes
