Senior Solution Consultant

Job Summary

As a strategic healthcare technology advisor, the full-time remote Senior Solution Consultant will partner with sales and product teams to develop solution strategies, engage with executive clients, and address complex business challenges for healthcare organizations using SS&C Health's software and services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business challenges and design integrated solution strategies
• Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and support RFP responses and client presentations
• Build credibility with executive leaders and facilitate strategic conversations around healthcare transformation and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of healthcare technology or consulting experience
• 5+ years supporting enterprise software sales or solution consulting
• Deep knowledge of healthcare domains such as health plan administration and pharmacy benefit management
• Experience presenting to executive audiences
