Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
Driving the Microsoft Integrated Support Services portfolio, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead complex client engagements, assess support needs, and develop tailored commercial solutions while working collaboratively with field sales and managing an elevated revenue quota.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic pursuits for Integrated Support Services in the assigned territory
- Assess customer support needs and align ISS proposals with Microsoft agreement lifecycles
- Translate support requirements into commercial solutions and manage the deal process from qualification to close
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft support services or similar offerings
- Strong understanding of Microsoft agreement lifecycles, including EA and CSP renewals
- Experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Ability to structure pricing and commercial solutions effectively
- Demonstrated track record of achieving elevated revenue quotas
