Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support client engagement, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will drive conversations to identify solution requirements, create compelling proposals, and lead value-driven workshops, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive conversations with clients to identify solution requirements and success criteria
- Create proposal content and draft statements of work that align with company capabilities
- Lead workshops and deliver ServiceNow demos to define potential outcomes for clients
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT
- 4+ years of experience writing sales proposals and leading scoping efforts
- 2+ years of workshop leadership experience
- Broad technical acumen across the ServiceNow platform with depth in at least two areas
- Experience using AI tools as an assistant and evaluator
