Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a mission to eliminate fraud, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, conduct proofs of value, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex opportunities
- Drive customer discovery processes to uncover critical business pain and prepare value-based demonstrations
- Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to enablement across teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of web technology, including client-side and server-side development
- Experience with ReSTful APIs, web security, and relevant programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Consultative approach to solving customer business challenges and identifying pain points
