Senior Solution Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and drive deals to closure while collaborating remotely with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective fraud elimination solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
• Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and prepare value-based demonstrations
• Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a rapidly growing SaaS organization
• Strong understanding of web technology and experience with JavaScript, HTML, and server-side languages like Python or NodeJS
• Experience with ReSTful APIs and web security concepts, including encryption and authentication
• Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Consultative approach to solving customer business challenges and identifying key metrics
