Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support the sales team, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and drive technical wins while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and design tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations that link solutions to customer objectives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of client-side and server-side web technology and development
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and languages such as Python, PHP, or NodeJS
- Knowledge of ReSTful APIs, including JSON and webhooks
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
