Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and drive deals to closure while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and design effective solutions
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations that link solutions to customer objectives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent experience in a SaaS organization
- Experience identifying and prioritizing business pain points and associated metrics
- Strong understanding of both client-side and server-side web technology and development
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and languages such as Python, PHP, Go, or NodeJS
- Ability to write SQL statements with complex join statements
