Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a mission in combating online fraud, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective solutions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and prepare value-based demonstrations
- Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to enablement across the organization
Required qualifications
- 4+ years as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent experience in a rapidly growing SaaS organization
- Experience identifying and prioritizing business pain points and associated metrics
- Strong understanding of client-side and server-side web technology and development
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and programming languages such as Python, PHP, Go, or NodeJS
- Experience with encryption, authentication, and web security practices
