Senior Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing mission against online fraud, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, run proofs of value, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective solutions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and prepare value-based demonstrations
- Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent in a SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of web technology and development, including client-side and server-side technologies
- Experience with ReSTful APIs, web security, and encryption methods
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
